Domains registered to you, email somewhere built for it
Two things every business needs and many get tangled. We register or transfer your domain so that it is yours, then point your email at Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 rather than the web server. Set up once, properly, so nothing bounces.

Registered to you
The domain is registered with your name and your email as the contact. Not ours. If you ever leave, it comes with you without a conversation.
.com.au and the rest
A .com.au needs an ABN or ACN, which we check with you. We register .com, .au and others alongside it when it makes sense to protect the name.
Transfers
Already own a domain at a registrar you do not like? We transfer it. Or we point it at our hosting and leave it where it is. Your choice.
Renewals
Domains expire. We set renewal reminders and, if you want, auto-renew, so the site does not vanish on an anniversary.
DNS done for you
The records that point the domain at the site, at your email and at things like Google verification. Set up and documented so the next person can read it.
We do not host email on the web server. Web hosts are built to serve pages. A mailbox on one tends to be the first thing that fills up or lands in spam. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are built for email and both give you a proper mailbox, calendar and shared files at yourname@yourbusiness.com.au.
Google Workspace
Gmail with your own address, Google Calendar, Drive and Meet. Familiar if you already use Gmail. Billed by Google per user per month.
Microsoft 365
Outlook with your own address, plus Word, Excel and Teams. The natural choice if your business already lives in Office. Billed by Microsoft per user per month.
What we do
Create the account, set up the users, point the domain's mail records at it (including the records that stop your mail being marked as spam), move existing mail across where possible and check it all sends and receives before you rely on it.
Domain and email questions
Can I keep using my Gmail or Bigpond address?
You can, but an address at your own domain looks like a business and stays yours if you change providers. We can forward the old address into the new mailbox so nothing is missed.
Who pays Google or Microsoft?
You do, directly, so the subscription is in your name and you can see the bill. We set it up and charge only for the setup time, quoted first.
What does a domain cost?
Registration and setup are quoted on the first call, because the registrar's price varies by extension. There is no markup hidden in a bundle.
Do you host email at all?
No. That is deliberate. See the reasons above.
