A backup before every change
On Business and Growth, an on-demand backup is taken before any update or edit, on top of the daily ones. Every change has an undo.
Staging site
On Business and Growth, a private copy of your site for testing a new plugin, a redesigned page or a big update. When it works, it is pushed live.
SSL and a control panel
A free SSL certificate renewed automatically and your own control panel login, on every plan.
Someone who knows WordPress
Joel builds sites on it. When a plugin conflict takes a page down, the person you contact is the person who fixes it.

Do I keep my WordPress login?
Yes. It is your site. You keep your admin login and we have our own for maintenance.
What if an update breaks my site?
On Business and Growth, updates are tested on staging first and a backup is taken before they go live, so we restore and investigate. On Starter, we roll back to the previous day's backup.
Can I install my own plugins?
Yes. If one causes problems we will tell you and suggest an alternative. Plugins that duplicate what the server already does (backups, for example) are the usual ones to skip.
Can you move my existing WordPress site?
Yes. We copy the files and database, bring it up on a temporary address, check every page and form, then switch the domain over. The old site stays live until the new copy is confirmed. Included on Business and Growth. How migration runs.
