Hosting
Every plan runs on Google Cloud in Sydney with a backup every day, kept 30 days. Hosting terms.
Domains
Domains we register for you are registered in your name or your business's name, never ours. The transfer code (also called an EPP or auth code) lets you move a domain to another provider.
Billing
Invoices and receipts, the card on file and your subscriptions are handled on a secure billing page run by Stripe, our payment provider. You can update your card or cancel a plan there.
Online billing is not linked to your account yet. Invoices come by email for now. Email hello@sitesandservers.com.au for a copy of any invoice or to change a card.
Support
Ask for a change, report a problem or send us something. It comes straight to our inbox and we reply by email, usually within one business day.
