Your site sits in a Google Cloud data centre in Sydney. It's backed up automatically every day, with each backup kept for 30 days. Standard and Pro add a staging copy for testing changes. The hosting plans page lists everything.
The build runs over email and your account, with dates in Sydney time. A private preview address means you can check the site on your own phone, on your own train, before anything goes live.

Yes. Google Cloud's Sydney region. Your files and database stay in Australia. The site loads quickly for visitors in every state.
Can you rebuild a site we already have?
Usually. The website redesign page explains how we keep your address and search history when the old site's replaced.
Do I need a web designer based in Sydney?
No. Where we sit makes no difference to your site. What matters is that the pages name your suburbs and answer your customers' questions.
What time zone do you work in?
