That's the $199 set-up plus your first month.

What happens after you payWhat happens once you sign up

Straight answer: there's a short wait. A person sets your site up, not a script, so it takes up to one business day.

Straight away. Your account is created and a login link lands in your inbox.

By hand, within a business day. We set up the domain, SSL, a starting layout and backups while your account shows the site as being set up.

Then it's yours. The editor link appears in your account and your email.

What the $199 covers

  • Your domain and SSL. We point the domain at the site, issue the certificate and make sure both the www and plain addresses work. No domain yet? Register one in your own name and we'll connect it.
  • A starting layout. Home, about, services and contact, laid out with your logo and colours. You start by editing, not staring at a blank page.
  • A form that reaches you. Connected to your email and tested with a real message before we send you the editor link.
  • Email pointed the right way. On Google Workspace or Microsoft 365? We set the records so your mail keeps arriving.
  • Backups from day one. Every day, kept for 30 days. Ask and we'll restore one.
  • Search basics. Page titles and descriptions filled in. The site connected to Google Search Console in your name.

Who it suits

A new business that needs to be online this month. A sole trader who likes tinkering and will keep the site up to date. Or someone who'd like to try it before spending $1,490 on a built site. Year one comes to $199 plus twelve months at $25.

Stuck on something? Email us for help by the hour: a section rebuilt, a new page laid out or your logo dropped in. It's $100 an hour inc GST, agreed up front, in blocks as small as half an hour.

Who it doesn't

If you need to be found for lots of services or suburbs, sell more than a handful of products or know you'll never open the editor after launch, this isn't for you. A Shop or Growth package gets built for you, written for search and handed over finished.

Outgrow the editor later? Your domain and words move straight across to a built site on the same hosting.

Before you start

Do I own the site?

The domain is in your name. So is everything you write and upload. The editor comes with the hosting, so if you leave, your words and images go with you and the layout gets rebuilt wherever you land.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Monthly stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly runs to the end of the paid year. The refunds and cancellations policy has the detail.

Can I move the site later?

Yes. Just ask and we'll send you a copy of the content.

Do I need to know code?

No. You drag blocks onto a page and type into them. If you can make a document with a few photos in it, you can build a page.

How long until I can start?

Your account opens the minute you pay. Because the site is set up by hand, the editor link follows within one business day. We'll email you as soon as it's ready.
