Sites and Servers

Websites for NDIS providers that everyone can use.

Your visitors are participants, families, carers, support coordinators and plan managers. Some use a screen reader, a magnifier or just a keyboard. We build for all of them and check every page before launch. Most providers start on Starter: five pages, $1,490 inc GST, paid once.

What an NDIS provider site needs

Accessible, then checked

Built against WCAG 2.2 level AA: keyboard access, colour contrast, text that enlarges cleanly, described images and labelled forms. We check each page before launch and fix anything that fails.

Plain language first

Every service page opens with a short summary: what the support is, who it suits and how to start. The detail sits underneath for the coordinator who needs it.

Referrals without the back and forth

A form for support coordinators and plan managers that asks for the support needed, the area, how it's funded and who to contact. It goes straight to your intake inbox.

Your registration, stated accurately

Registered providers show their registration where participants look for it. Unregistered providers describe what they offer without implying otherwise. We never add a claim you haven't confirmed.

A page per region

Where you deliver supports and which ones are available there, one page per region, so a family searching locally finds the right answer.

Careers that bring applications

Most providers are always hiring. A careers page and an application form ($190 inc GST as an extra form) keep support worker applications in one place.

Privacy in the forms

Referral and contact forms only ask for what's needed to get in touch. Each one tells people to leave out NDIS numbers and health details. Those are better shared once you're talking. Forms are sent over https, filtered for spam and delivered to your inbox, not stored on the website.

Accessibility after launch

New pages, photos and documents need the same care as the first ones. The recorded walkthrough at handover covers adding image descriptions and headings properly. PDFs you upload should be accessible themselves or have a web page version beside them. Easy Read pages can be added as extra pages at $175 each ($150 on the Growth package); the Easy Read text itself is best written or checked by an Easy Read specialist.

Which package suits a provider

PackagePagesSuits a provider thatPrice inc GST
Starter5offers one or two supports in one region$1,490
Growth10offers several supports across regions, each with its own page$3,290

The Shop package adds an online shop, which most providers don't need. Referral, intake and careers forms are $190 each and copywriting in plain language is $190 a page, all inc GST on the configurator.

NDIS website questions

Our referrals come from support coordinators. Do we need a site?

Coordinators, families and plan managers often look you up before they get in touch. Your site's where they check your services, areas and vacancies. They can send a referral without waiting for a call back.

What does WCAG 2.2 AA mean?

WCAG is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published by the W3C. Version 2.2 at level AA is the benchmark widely used in Australia, including for government websites. It covers things like keyboard access, contrast, text size, image descriptions and clear forms. We build to it and check each page against it before launch.

How much does an NDIS provider website cost?

A five-page Starter site is $1,490 inc GST. A ten-page Growth site with a page for each support and region is $3,290 inc GST. Extra pages and forms have fixed prices on the configurator.

Can you make our current site accessible?

Sometimes. Run the free website check first for a quick read, then send us the address. Older sites on heavy themes are often cheaper to rebuild accessibly than to repair. We'll tell you which before quoting.

Do you write Easy Read versions?

We set up Easy Read pages with the right layout, large type and space for images. The Easy Read wording itself is best written or tested by an Easy Read specialist or with participants. We build in whatever they produce.

How soon can we see it?

Your homepage demo is ready within 7 days of payment, on a private address you can share with colleagues for feedback. The other pages follow on the same address.

Is the referral form secure?

It's sent over https, filtered for spam and emailed to your intake address. Nothing's stored on the website. It asks for contact details and the support needed. It also tells people not to send NDIS numbers or health information through it.
