You can edit it
Change text, swap a photo, add a news post or a new team member, all from your login. The walkthrough video at handover shows you how. Nothing routine needs a developer. Any host can run it.
Nearly everything plugs in
Bookings, forms, shops, memberships, event calendars and the software you already use. We build a light custom theme instead of buying a bloated all-in-one. Faster pages, fewer plugins, nothing you didn't ask for.
Its weak spot is upkeep
Core, theme and plugins all need updating. An untested update is how most WordPress sites break. That's exactly the part our WordPress hosting takes care of.

What you can change yourself
Pretty much anything with words or pictures in it. Opening hours, prices, a new service, staff photos, blog posts. We set the site up so each of those has an obvious place to edit and the layout can't be broken by accident. Want a whole new section or a different page layout? That's a small job for us, at $100 an hour inc GST.
Plugins, kept to a minimum
Every plugin is one more thing to update and one more way for a site to slow down or break. So we only add what the site actually needs: usually a form, an SEO tool and a backup check, plus WooCommerce if there's a shop. If you want something added later, we'll test it on staging first.
Where it runs
On our managed WordPress hosting on Google Cloud in Sydney, from $25 a month inc GST. Daily backups kept 30 days and SSL on every plan. Standard and Pro add a staging site.
