A clinic website that fills the appointment book.
Patients want three answers. Can this clinic help with my problem? Who will I see? When's the next appointment? Put those on the site, keep booking one tap away and the front desk takes fewer calls. Most clinics fit Growth: ten pages, one per service or practitioner, $3,290 inc GST, paid once.
Three kinds of page do most of the work
Physio, chiro, podiatry, psychology, dental, GP. A clinic site that books well is built from the same pieces, whatever the discipline.
Booking through the software you use
Most practice management systems have online booking. We link or embed yours, so appointments land in the diary your front desk already uses. No second calendar to keep in sync.
A page for every practitioner
Photo, qualifications, registration where it applies, the conditions they see and a booking button that opens their own diary. Patients choose a person, not a building.
A page for every condition you treat
Back pain. Sports injuries. Pelvic health. People search for the problem, not the discipline, so each gets a plain-language page on how the clinic can help.
Built with the advertising rules in mind
Registered health practitioners in Australia advertise under the National Law and AHPRA's advertising guidelines. In practice: no testimonials about clinical care, no claims you can't back up and nothing that pushes people into treatment they might not need.
So we leave review widgets off treatment pages and skip before-and-after promises. You approve every word. You and your professional body have the final say on what it claims.
Patient information stays in the right place
Contact forms ask for a name, contact details and a short reason for getting in touch. They say plainly not to send medical details. Bookings, notes and records stay in your practice software. The website stores no patient records. It's hosted in Sydney.
If your booking system sends reminders, they'll keep working exactly as they do now.
Which package suits a clinic
On Growth, practitioner and condition pages that share one layout are $120 each past the included ten. If your practice software has no online booking, a booking calendar is $490. Every figure inc GST on the configurator.
Clinic website questions
Our booking software already has a page. Why a website?
A booking page answers when, not whether. Patients pick the clinic first, based on what it treats, who they'll see and where it is. The website answers those, then hands them to your booking software with one tap.
How much does a clinic website cost?
A five-page Starter site is $1,490 inc GST: home, services, practitioners, fees and contact. A ten-page Growth site with pages for each practitioner and condition is $3,290 inc GST. Extra pages have a fixed price and the configurator shows the total.
Can patients book online through the website?
Yes, through your practice management system's own online booking, linked or embedded on every page. If your system doesn't do online booking, we can add a booking calendar for $490 inc GST.
Do you check our content against AHPRA's rules?
We build with the advertising guidelines in mind and flag anything that looks like a testimonial or an unsupported claim. We're not lawyers, though, so the final check on what your site claims sits with you and your professional body.
Can you move our existing site?
Yes. If the current site works, we move it onto our hosting with the old addresses kept. If it's slow or hard to book from, a rebuild usually costs less than fixing it. Run the free website check for a quick read first.
How soon can we see it?
Your homepage demo is ready within 7 days of payment, on a private address. Practitioner and condition pages follow on the same address as their details come in.
Is the website safe for patient information?
Patient information doesn't live on the website. It runs on https, stores no records and hands bookings to your practice software. Forms carry only contact details and a short reason for getting in touch.
Fewer phone calls, fuller diaries.
